How a Grove watch comes together

    Movement

    The heart of the watch. Everything else is built around it.

    Dial

    Set onto the movement by hand.

    Hands

    Hour, minute, then second, pressed on one at a time.

  4. 4

    Case

    The movement and crown go into the steel case.

    Rotor

    It swings as you move, and winds the watch.

  6. 6

    Caseback

    Closed from behind, with a window onto the works.

    Bezel and crystal

    Sealed in under glass.

    Bracelet

    Last comes the bracelet. Then it’s ready to wear.

Start from one of the builds, take it apart in 3D, and choose each part: the dial, markers, hands, bezel, date, crown and bracelet. Bryan builds it by hand.
